Bad News For Samsung Owners: New Update Will Affect Galaxy S24 Users

Samsung has recently announced a new update that will be rolling out to its flagship devices, including S24 and S25 models. However, this update brings some bad news for users of these devices.
Users of the Galaxy S24 may have to wait several months to receive the stable One UI 7.0 update if they are hoping to use it on their phones soon. According to tipsters, Samsung is actually planning to release two more beta updates. That means there will be a total of six beta updates, as per reports.
According to Tarun Vats, the fifth beta update will be released to the Galaxy S24 in March 2025, while the sixth beta update will be released in April 2025. So, you are potentially looking at a time frame of late April 2025 for the release of the stable One UI 7.0 update.
Google usually releases a new version of Android in the third quarter (Q3) of the year. Based on that software, Samsung usually releases a new (stable) One UI update in the fourth quarter (Q4) of that year.
This year, though, Samsung delayed the release of a new version of One UI by at least four months, and the update could be released at least two more months from now. The company hinted that it had to delay the release of One UI 7.0 due to the major changes it incorporated this year.
Whatever the reason, Samsung has already vexed the users by postponing the arrival of the One UI 7.0 update, and the new delay will only exacerbate their unhappiness.
